. i got a win off manolostyle by the skin of my teeth and 1 from whiplash. halarious matches from both

Good stuff. But yeh man most of the abuse came from The question (aka ermac92) with that damn Haggar. Thats ok ill make sure to try in take out the mayor a bit quicker next time i square off

Hes good with em. but maaaaaaan i almost had this dude. i was pretty focused at one point and dropped the ball on his last man. that health was near gone too

Kai...i was basically the test dummy for all 31 matches.

bu revenge is mine. when i get a lil better at comboing and air raids. i was practicing a bit last night. some characters its easy for me to link and others its like NADA! So i am going to be practicing MVC3 and SSF4 on saturday a bit before i play anyone . i must be one with the force of winning and not getting rear end handed back to me.

sh*t man im glad mvc aint my fav fighter cuz i prolly woulda took it to heart as many times i lost

. I saw some cool combos and set ups from the peeps and i seen a lot of Bs escapes that i was exposed to that made me say "WHAT??! GET THE f*CK OUTTA HERE!!

"..that one char was Haggar

. he surprised me the most. Hes like how Zangief is. he ubber gets out of anything and slams u hella easy kinda like the sentinel. Akumas spin kick goes straight through a lot of stuff easy, especially gun fire. haha amusin game.

My favorite scraps so far were with Manolostyle. I would say whiplash also but lawd that lag was horrible man

smfh. But anyway after that last win i got from manolostyle and pretty close wins for me he had to turn up the heat!

I had to go out in a bang swining in one match and took damn there all his men his men away with that X factor and all my supers. it was my last man and stand

. But he out smarted the sh*t out of me with wesker $\-/o$ I guess ill be fighting wesker on hard mode in practice like i did that dog and keep playing and playing till i find a weak spot

ya know whats funny tho. with CROM fam. one side is jus ps3 users , the other side is 360 users and there are one or 2 that have both. all i can say is WOW, so i will never get to play my MVC3 Crom bretheren on the other side unless i get a ps3! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not fair!

Event Modes available today. Multiple users wrote in this afternoon reporting that Event Mode for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is now available. It's under the Online Menu option for the game, so you must be connected to a network to access it.

This mode is completely free and was downloaded a few days ago on March 22, 2011.

Here's a rundown of the 17 special challenges available when you first select Event Mode:
1. Event Match 01, Arcade — Finish Arcade with a diminished vitality gauge (final battle excluded).
2. Event Match 02, Arcade — Finish Arcade without using Hyper Combos (final battle excluded).
3. The Road to Victory 01, Online — Win one online match.
4. The Road to Victory 02, Online — Win five online matches.
5. The Road to Victory 03, Online — Win ten online matches.
6. The Road to Victory 04, Online — Win 30 online matches.
7. The Road to Victory 05, Online — Win 50 online matches.
8. Event Match 03, Arcade — Finish Arcade with only Hyper Combos doing damage (final battle excluded).
9. I Got Next! 01, Online — Win two online matches in a row.
10. I Got Next! 02, Online — Win three online matches in a row.
11. I Got Next! 03, Online — Win five online matches in a row.
12. I Got Next! 04, Online — Win seven online matches in a row.
13. I Got Next! 05, Online — Win ten online matches in a row.
14. Event Match 04, Arcade — Finish Arcade mode with normal attacks shaving off vitality (final battle excluded).
15. Event Match 05, Arcade — Finish Arcade with only combos of 5 hits or more dealing damage (final battle excluded).
16. Event Match 06, Arcade — Finish Arcade with a gradually decreasing vitality gauge (final battle excluded).
17. Event Match 07, Arcade — Finish Arcade with only Team Aerial Combos doing damage (final battle excluded).
