I know what you are saying. I pretty much thought about the same thing once i first read there were more chars coming later as DLC

Ah ok i see what you mean, well i'm pretty sure it wouldn't be that hard.

Yeah Dormmamu and (I think) Hsien-Ko have their special intro/ win quotes with shuma already in game.

(with dormammu, it's voice clips 69 and 78 for intro and win, respectfully.)

Speaking of voice actors, is it too early to guess who could be voicing Venom, IF he will appear on DLC?

Off the voice acting topic but on a topic combining MvC3 and Mugen, I noticed that there was at least one stage out there that was created from MvC3. There's a Zero glitch seen here in which the opponents disappear after Zero performs his Sougenmu. If an opposing assist character appears on the screen, perform a snapback and POOF, they're gone.

This guy did it in a corner and was able to move the entire length of the stage. Using Spider-man's web, he traveled upward. I was thinking this may be a useful trick for anyone wanting to attempt to create Mugen stages from MvC3. It's a pretty cool glitch.

I'd hate to have to face it online of course, but it may have a use here. I dunno. Heh. I would post a video of him doing it, but the "No swearing" rule is looking at me from the left here. This guy put a word in the title that would definitely break the rule, so I linked to his channel instead. With the information here, it should be glaringly obvious which video it is. Heh.

I should have known that there's sometin's doesn't even right about the character switch voice actings: ENG VA should call Akuma and Hsien-Ko & JPN VA should call Gouki and Lei-Lei.

This is exactly why i mad about Voice Over character imaging stuffs and i should have thought that Marvel needs a JPN VA's (possibly being DLC packings) just liked in Namco's Soul Calibur (II,IV and BD), they forgetting about guest characters images to get both ENG & JPN VA freely and nothings happened to them (Namco), i mad of everything! And i'm so confused. It just liked the second happening in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 after Marvel was only in ENG, is Tekken 6's Lars in JPN only.
