Modok isn't there as an ironman villain but as an avengers villain he's been getting a decent amount of exposure. I'm not a big fan of the character but as a silly butt vs fighter I'm a fan of him plus his moveset looks so annoying ( which is good) .

Capcom has full control of which characters they want to add to their game so they're able to base not just on popularity (Dante, Wesker, Megaman.EXE [That's right, mark this post cause this is gonna happen] but also on who they personally wanted, (Amaterasu, Arthur)

Marvel on the other hand is making the choices of which of the properties are going into MvC3 based on their popularity outside of maybe Dormammu is everybody that's been announced so far. M.O.D.O.K. has been making waves in the Hulk Series (Fall of the Hulks, World War Hulks). Turns out he partly responsible for Rulk and She-Rulk.

yeh thats why i put up that Ultron shot a while ago. I think he would be a funky addition to MVC3

it seems like mandarin would be kinda like a faster thanos!! and have his level three with fin fang foom!! but i'm still thinking that capcom is gonna let out someone we would never expect . and i'm gonna still sing : M.I.C.KE.Y.......
