Phoenix Wright... Gene... Why do you people want all these characters from games no one plays?

In the case of Gene, it's not about the game, but about the charisma and fighting style. I don't know how they'd include someone like Wright (he's charismatic, but what about fighting style?), but Gene is a perfect character for the Vs. Series. Ohh well, 2/3 of Clover will have to do it.

About Strider info: check 42:00 I think it's either good/bad news IMO.

He was intended to be in Tatsunoko vs Capcom so they could have used what moves they planned for that game in this one

Actually that sounds pretty awesome. He could be a great defense fighter type. Especially since he's a lawyer *silence* *cricket*

I'm happy with the roster so far, except Amaterasu... He might be decent though. We're half way through the roster, still hoping for Strider.

I'm pretty sure most people haven't played darkstalkers, (Hell, there hasen't been a new game in over 10 years.) and they have TWO charecters, And to say no one play's ace attorney is silly, thats why the game has had 5 games in 8 years, the latest one coming out last year?

Also, Amaterasu's female.

A little bit of info on the guy writing the MvC3 story. He also lets it slip that a Resident Evil villain and a Street Fighter villain are in the game. (Wesker and M. Bison...?)

-The MvC3 producer is actually thinking about implementing Phoenix Wright due to the huge fan demand. Just yesterday, he confirmed Phoenix was not in the game, but after seeing the huge fan demand, (and after being challenged to a boxing match by the Ace Attorney series creator) he's now actually considering it.

-A Demo is being considered.

WTF! He better not be in... He's gon be another joke character like Frank West in TVC. Why take up a precious character spot for a joke character? And it's IMPOSSIBLE more people are asking for Phoenix Wright than other characters like Strider, Jin, Commando.

Hypothetically speaking, if Phoenix were to get in, they'd have to have to add another Marvel character to balance the roster. Ghost Rider is probably the most likely candidate, because the producer said out of the potential characters for MvC3, Ghost Rider was the closest to making the cut. So it would make sense to include him, I guess.
