I agree with you Yun0 and they may not be main characters but if it wasnt for the monsters the RE games wouldnt even exist (or if they did they wouldnt be anything like the games we know and love probabely wouldnt be as popular either ) there wouldnt be any point so in a way they are they play a big part in the games also take nemesis for example he chased jill through the full game and not only that his name was even in the games title (RE 3 nemesis) so there is at least one monster character that was a main character and deserves a spot in the games roster

also the RE games are one of capcoms most popular and best (if not the best ) games series that they have that fact alone should mean more RE characters make it into the roster

oh well I just dont fully like the way capcom thinks (character wise) when it comes to these type of games it would just be nice to see more RE characters in the roster for once

I think this will have more than Mvc2, I wouldn't doubt that they could do it.  Then they said something about us being blown away by the sheer number of characters

OMG Awesome I have been waiting for this guy to be added to mugen really glad to see him in this game but suddenly I really wish this game was 2d like MVC2 because when someone decides to convert him to mugen he will be a different style then all other previous marvel characters damn and for those that dont know dormammu is a very powerful character as in Apocalypse, onslaught and Galactus powerful I am sure he will be the main boss for sure

possibly Ghost Rider?

I mean they have the Ghost Rider villian (Blackheart) but not Ghost Rider himself?

Didn't the guys from Capcom said they don't want to add monster for rating purposes?

Maybe they aim for a "Teen" rating and imagine how gory the game would be if they add monsters like Tyrant or Nemesis.

But even I believe that they should go for the Mature rank.
I think it would take the game to a new level.

And crush a good portion of their demographic? A 10-year-old walks into the store, sees Hulk Spderman and the Street Fighter characters and goes "I want that!" Now few parents would tell him "No that is a T-game! Wait 3 years!" but a lot of parents would rush their kid away from that big scary M.

Not necessarily...look at SM 1, 2, and 3's violence. It can go high at points. But on the other hand the character's actions themselves may keep him out.

But in terms of MvC and games the T rating is stricter than PG-13 for movies. Sad seeing how it is the same meaning.

and they might not be that gory it would probabley depend on who they put characters like nemesis and tyrant against, like either of them vs the hulk for example big difference between fighting characters like him and someone more normal and not only that but they could change (or not use) one or 2 of there moves if they wanted to like with nemesis if they changed his tenticle impale move that he did to brad and maybe not have his rocket launcher then with tyrant just dont have him impaling people with his clawed hand, with those things changed they would both be more normal fighters like the other characters this should mostly solve the gore problem

Well big weapons are, ironically, usually lower rated because they are 'cartoony', that is why in SSB Snake uses C4, rockets or mines, and not pistols. They also are referring to just Tyrant or Nemesis existing, their appearance alone is deemed too much. It is besides the point though; there is confirmation of no Nemesis or Tyrant.

oh well at least we still have them both in mugen we could do with a better nemesis though the one out there at the moment is just an unfinished beta sadly

I know I won't so...

No impaling claw on Tyrant means is better to not show a light version of him on this game either...

I think I read somewhere that they've been working on it since '08. That's a long time to keep a game this huge a secret...

Also, apparently, there's some character confirmations in the new issue of Game Informer. From what some people have been saying, it officially confirms Felicia, Dante, & Deadpool. There's also a little blurb about Deadpool too. His teleportation device is implemented into his moveset, and if you abuse his teleport move, it comically malfunctions. He also breaks the fourth wall by using his Health bar to beat the crap out of his opponent as one of his special moves.()

There aren't any scans yet, but those three were probably the three most obvious character silhouettes in the promotional art, so I guess I believe this.

Actually until about a week ago id never played tvc but even with the dumbed down wii controls i felt it was every bit as competent a control scheme as mvc2's and didnt find it limiting at all.

I agree with you to be honest it would definitely be more realistic if they had all of there moves I was just trying to think of a way to get them in into the game if capcom is going for the teen rating thats all maybe there is a better way though where they could have there moves as well

One thing is, that stage makes me think as well in Tron Bonne (especially because she was in MvC2)...

Not necessarily. Spiderman is certainly going to be in, but the Rockman Dash could just be a Rockman Dash stage and nothing more. I doubt that each character will have their own specific stage.

I agree with   nestor. its maybe trons stage. I love volnut to deaf but he probably wont make it because he blew @$$ tvc.
