Phoenix Animation

In regards to xboys phoenix animation, does anyknow where I can get the sprites he used for the actual phoenix itself? Character name/ game?

I was kind of thinking I might have seen it in a KOF game but couldnt find it after a quick search.  I dont think he custom made it but..maybe?
