Ok. I just gave him a quick test run... He's great as all your patches are. BUT...! I noticed one thing. You have

for the air grab. That's cool and all, but what's killing me, is I can't grab someone after I do an air combo! It would be cool to end it of with that. 2nd, I noticed an even BIGGER issue... When I was fighting against MVC Shadow agent by MGMURROW, I did a launcher followed by an air combo as usual, and I came back down, but Shadow agent remained suspended in the air. The only way to get him down, was to do an air grab... I don't know if any other character would be affected by this, but I just noticed it during that practice run. Every time I launch shadow Agent, it happens guaranteed... You should look into that. But he's nice! And plays really smoothly!

God, best version of Charlie(Nash, whatever) I've ever played! I love his Down, Down-back, Back Punch Ultra. Really funny against air attackers who see a Somersault coming there way!

Shiki needs a little bit of work. The biggest thing I found was that she tends to go into AI mode if your in training mode. She did this once in a vs match too.

Shiki automatically goes into AI mode, the rest is A-ok.
The patched Asura looks cool.
Now with all this experience, when will you create your own char? I mean not an edit, coding from scratch.

Asura's normal attacks do a bit more damage than i'd like, i find shiki lacking in a back and forward dash but aside from those small gripes these are great! well done

Ashura is actually weak compared to other MvC characters- it's some of his hypers that do a bit too much damage. But when you think of the draw time for most of his specials and such, I think it balances all out rather well for the most part.

Edit: Yeah I agree, a dash for her would be really nice.
As with Ashura, I think his specials really are a little too powerful. Not much, but right now it's easier to fight just using his specials and no basics. I would say leave the counter, and the moves with the shadow BG and draw time where they are though, just the quick ones and the bow and such could use a tone down.
