Look to the left menu

MUGEN > Characters > Arsene Lupin (his image will be there As it will have instructions. Will redirect to Uploading.com file hosting service, in order to download)

Agreed. I see the Dentsu no Hihow no Owe! Lupin there (IE: The SNES version), but not this awesome looking version.

EDIT: Sure enough, the Lupin in the MUGEN section is the SNES version. No less, the small one with the Popeye attack. Someone please prove me wrong: I REALLY wanna try this character -_-

I'm with you guys! I don't see Arsene Lupin anywhere on that page at all! And no matter which link I follow, they're all (snes) Lupin. NOT Arsene... Sup with that?

Masters Project Released :

After years here to You the mini game with He-man and Skeletor available for the winmugen (ver 14-06-2003).
I don't want to spend to much words I let you see the images and the video as presentation....
But thing more important goings to see ours "mini" site with the movelist and download links.

Being still a beta misses of some things but with the next updatings we hope to be able to improve it.

I made the same thing (audio both japan and italian) for 2 of my chars
