The whole idea of having a 2099 character comes from Capcom having Captain Commando and Mega Man, both from the future. Hulk balances the Marvel side a little more.

Hey I was thinking... Seeing as how the idea is to balance the conflict of characters (you know, Give equal of marvel to capcom, hero to villian), If you decide to add Strider Hiryu to the game, who would balance him out? I mean, Hien is a bad guy after all and would be a logical choice. Plus it would be nice to see a complete and cleaned up version of him.

actually there wont always be an even balance of good versus evil. We have The Thing and Human Torch. Guile and Banshee, all of these are just good guys.

And Hien VS Hiryu can be done in any mugen,as both characters have been released previously...

I think a better counterpart for hiryu would be someone on the marvel side, like spiderman or psylocke, but as far as a NEW character, maybe daredevil.

I'd love to see how someone would manage to make a fun, unique daredevil without ripping off spiderman though.

This is just a suggestion, but, how about Team Sexy Chicks, or something along those lines? It would consist of Psylocke and Chun-Li (with her bodysuit outfit).

Sorry for making a suggestion like this, being that we're so close to the end of November, and it's so last minute. I just took a look at the very first post of this thread, at the match making and everyone of those made sense.

The team name was just some random (although stupid) suggestion, not be taken seriously. o_O I don't really know what kind of name a team of Chun-Li and Psylocke should have. I just thought they'd be a good team to have, what with Li being a popular, well known female martial artist from Street Fighter, and Psylocke one of the best female ninjas/martial artists out of Marvel.

Team Chill: Iceman (X-Men) & Iceman (Megaman)
Team Megs vs. Team Iron: Megaman and Protoman vs. Ironman and WarMachine
