Who can merge AlphaStorm background with just released IMT-Blue ?

The question is, who can replace IMT-Blue background with AlphaStorm screenpack bacground (with tunder and rain and all that stuff, as well as sounds)
I can pay a bit for it with web money or pay pal (but not too much, around 5$ (it's a good money in russia, for a one student's day, don't laught)

Please help, folks. I am totally lame with it. I've opened sff's and seen there sprites that I need to replace but dont know how because all sprites in system sff are necessary and if I remove some sprite screenpack will be screwed, by the way I have very bad skills with FF and can't do anything properly, even after watching tutorials, so please help me if you can guys, I know there are masters of mugen who can do it with a blink of an eye....

Not sure if this is a good thing to ask for, especially concerning money. Listen, if you have any special needs or requests concerning editing the screenpack, why not ask the author of the screenpack (Acey, in this case), and see if you can get some advice on it. Or, just post this in the help section, for there are many skilled screenpack makers who could guide you....for no $$$ involved.

well, I've talked about money just because I know that no one wish to bother and mess with this stuff I asked, I am pretty sure Acey has lots of other things to do, than make my stupid requests)
