Figured i throw this reminder out there since im a big FOTN fan..

IM curious on the actual Game footage Cuz its the Tecmo Team and Koei Team up (Dynasty warriors and Ninja Gaiden)

so im wondering if it will come out cool

- Tecmo Koei announced Hokuto no Ken [Fist of the North Star] for PS3 and Xbox 360, a new game based on the classic anime series. Details of the game will be revealed on October 14, 2009. A teaser movie is available below.

Sammys Version on the 2D side was hella cool of course so i wanna see How Tecmo sees FOTN

Already knew about this for the past few days, with the huge lack of actual in-game vids/pic and everyone I knowing being Anti-HNK I didn't feel like posting it.

REALLY Psyched though.
Can't wait to see it in action!

Yeh just wanted to remind the fans about it if they forgot...
Im wondering if its gonna be hella bloody since Tecmo has its hands on also.

With Koei Envolved thats what makes me scrctch my head on it cuz im thinking "Dynasty Warriors style"...

Im sure by at least Nov or late Oct we should see some sort of game footage..

Being a HNK fan myself, I'm also psyched for this game.

If it will indeed be done in Dynasty-style, I just hope that it will actually get imported. We did get Dynasty Warriors Gundam, after all. Not to mention that the Warriors brand is successful over here.

That said, it's doubtful that we'll ever get a Ninja Scroll game.

Hmm ya may have a point. Hell that FOTN game by Sammy never even made here if i remember right.
I got it on first release on Ps2 import but i never saw a US release. BUt Ninja Scroll already was Dubbed in english over here eons ago so then again we may have a chance.

Hell i was shocked when the lame Jojos bizzare adv game for Ps2 came here.
(yeh the dreamcast version was better to me)

and the Arcade version WAS ported...

The movie, anyway. The series was only partially dubbed (up to 36, to be exact).

Luckily, the entire series has been uploaded (with English subtitles) on Funimation's video player, on their website. Also, the movie recently got a bilingual re-release from Discotek.

Yeah, so anyway, Koei Tecmo will basically shoot themselves in the foot, if they neglect to use this opportunity.

Besides, the closest thing we have to a great FOTNS game over here, is God Hand.

Ah! it was then? never seen anything big. guess it slipped past my radar

Anyway i usually get imports before they hit here in the US anyway. last game i got was Arcana Hearts 2 when it first came out...
pretty cool but i iked Basara X better...

Right now i wanna put in a speciall order in Chinatown for this one here...

I forgot all about it a while ago....

Thats a good look. Then theres hope. Its a definite that anytime an US company brings an anime over here a game usually pops up here too. Thats what Happened with DBZ way back. but anyway man i only have one Dvd of the new FOTN series. the first one when it first came out. The others ive only seen on Youtube er somethin. When i got the game on import years ago it pushed me to see if there were other episodes...

so hell yeh man i gotta buy that collection now

It looks like a great adaption of the old anime, however....the ai sucks. Hopefully they'll fix that. But it looks nice overall.

of course the goons suck. the goons are nothing to Kenshiro
I only expect the boss fights to be hard, and I mean really hard.

also would love to see some playable Secondary Charecters like Rei or Shuu.

right up my alley man fo realz. I loved Dynasty warriors 4. I loved that Bloody @ss Ninja Gaiden 2 so i know what imma get from this game.

The Whole Crew of Hakuto no ken and a Lotta blood! Cant wait man. d@mn i hate seeing games like this cuz i be itchin to play.

i was like that with Bioshock. Fallout 3 and Tatsunoko Vs Capcom. Now i gotta keep myself busy with other games till this one Drops.
