Well as for the kfm sprite is a bit on the basic side if any one
has a better concept of him a drawn one I could paint it.
his eye are closed cuz that how the portrait looks to me closed eyes or
something.I like the middle one more then the hd one

as for Dio his on the big side cuz I used the 4.5 scaling system. His a bit shorter then that. He looks odd because of the forum I dont know the code like the admin or forgot the code to display him bigger. Just copy him to see the normal size .

I know their variation ok Ryu but Like the different colors . and well Ken maybe I can change him later on.

UMM PhotoShop a wacom tablet and patience. This post has a mini tutorial , for the steps
But remember an HD type character will look incorrect in Mugen is not made to handle this size of character it would not fit on the screen , the only way would be after the HD character is done downscale him or her to 50% of the original size at a lost of some finer detail.

First I made this version after seeing the movie a rented

Then I just change the color to mvc

Since I saw 3 well just a change of colors and added some blue shade

Then before any one could jump to the change of editing him I use the liquify tool and scaled him and
