I like my own screenpack

how can I create my own screenpack, I need urgent help

The easiest way I can recommend is modify an existing one by changing the sprites of your favorite design and create your own stuff on top of it. Change the sprites in some areas or change the colors in others. Try mixing two together to your liking.

That's the easiest way, the hard way is use mugen's orignal, read everything in there and then create your own stuff in photoshop and convert it all to the right formats and code it in based on all of that which will probably take you several months as opposed to a few weeks which is the earliest I can estimate.

all u need is fighter factory  heres a small video of someone hu said was goin to make a screenpack but realy just edit one all ready made up  maybe it could help u see in this video how he change the images

well i download the fither factory program , and i open the selec.def and nothing ... the images no appears

Try just clicking the sprites and open .sff only, fighter factory is mainly for characters only but you can still use it for other stuff, except it has to be done maually. Open the system.def and change whatever you like in there and play mugen to see it.

Come now, you can't expect everyone to do the work for you, it's enough that a few of us are helping you there friend. Instead try it yourself, it's not that hard, experiment, if you do you'll learn more and know the material, pretty soon you'll be making your own custom screen packs so give it a try. Creating isn't easy but it's worth learning and doing in the end when you make something that everyone enjoys.
