What if you were smart/lucky enough to buy/find this when it was on PS2. Is the actual game going to provide trophies when they come out I HATE

downloads for consoles.

Demo is not worth it guys

Very limited characters(like only 6 of them)
No single play or online play.Just Local multiplayer.

The Sega Dreamcast port of MvC2 is being released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, not the Nintendo Gamecube as far as I know. Also, their aren't many differences except for screen options like HD and stuff like that and that everything is unlocked from the beginning of the game.

He probably means the Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 2 and Xbox ports of MvC2.

They are using the Dreamcast version because it's the closest thing to the arcade, PS2 and XBOX versions are horrible, so I'm glad they chose this.

Yeah. Ill just stick to playin my ps2 one until the full game is released. At least its coming tho.

I only know Mega's infinite. As simple as it is it's still really hard to do though, takes skill and timing.

they are the fun ones to play against but when i resort to the "stick and move" distance game i get called cheap for "running". go figure

Alright, everyone crying about this game (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE..) needs to understand that this game was never meant to be fair... Go to Chinatown fair (Note:

on the arcade name) in NYC and you'll see this game is for ONLY the lowest form of ditbag players. So get your weight up and come out swinging!! I'm on the 360, so anyone who wants to pop off this summer, pop off!!

Seems like you guys all have this game, Was it really that easy to find in the stores?

I've never got the chance to play that game on the console just on the DC emulator (The sound effects sucked)
Now this game comes finally out on the PS3, But now It needs to be downloaded from PSN.... Not everybody has a creditcard (Specially here in Europe) they should take that in consideration

Well, I guess I will stick with SFIV, Since MvC2 is impossible to find here

You'll be lucky to play that, since my mom doesn't allow me to get DLC...

EDIT: i remember reading about them taking about some infinites..like magneto, megaman, sentinel, black heart etc.. they tried to re-balance it. capcom knows of all these infinites, its not old news, this game has been around since 97'. if they didnt try to tone down some of them it would really be of some suprise to me.

Hey Gaijin, when you mop the floor with those guys there with even low tier characters like I do, it's all worth it seeing them stomp off and threaten you

!! When people pick the career killers (cable, mags,sentinel, storm, etc you all know the rest...) I pick simple yet sneaky guys and shut them down!! I once beat storm, magneto and sentinel with captain america, spidey and juggy. I consider that squad punching bags, but spidey and caps anti-air zoning made me justas dirty. Not to mention juggy's cancel everything into the headcrush. But I can't tell everyone how to feel in a game. I play for fun and I don't get emotional because some guy that beat me spending his life perfecting infinites

!!

I really don't think this game needs to be toned down because of a few people whining about broken characters. Masta know what i'm talking about. GO hard or go home!!
