i know there are mugen CREATORS that have 12 years but who is the oldest ,i mean the webmaster of this page is above 30 years and are users older but mmm
the question is ,yeah there are players and gamers like me ,the retro thing is cool ,2d fighting games ,a virtual world beyond reality.
but what about the family ,the real things of world ,job ,school ,wife ,babies, the actual economi.

who is the oldest guy in mugen community and the person who has the youngest soul?

i have 23 years and yes sometimes the real life needs an escape but we grow up and somethings not longer seen than before

and yess i know that the videogames programers have more than 30 years so is not a offence ,only is a discussion

must be a little difficult view how much all are changed, you have been in mugen since ten years ago ,ten years! all of you started this when have about 20 a lot of things are changed naturally but how you feel on this years knowing that.

in mugen community are many people and mugen was created with the purpose of fun and share with all without import age,sex,religion and brandwidh

yeah, you're right. When I was 20, I was single, still living with my parents, so no bill to pay, I could sleep just 3 yours just to work with mugen

yeah, wife and kids changes everything. I've quited mugen when I got married, then when my son was born them when my daughter was born. It was 3 times that I've quited mugen. But I'm addicted to it Thanx God, I was already mature since my 15 years, when i've started to get a job.

Yeah I don't judge people but its age. Even newer people can do good things, and old people can make shits, hehhe There is a Kung Fu saying about that:

Thanx buddy. My "generation" is the Old School, when to make a character was a PAIN. We had used AIREDIT, SFFMAKER, NOTEPAD...no easy tool, besides MCM. Not even CPS-2 was emulated yet! We did a lot of screencapture and pcxclean on PS1 games (that wasn't good emulated).

My "generation" is the Old School, when to make a character was a PAIN. We had used AIREDIT, SFFMAKER, NOTEPAD...no easy tool, besides MCM. Not even CPS-2 was emulated yet! We did a lot of screencapture and pcxclean on PS1 games (that wasn't good emulated).

i know that, and for be honest all of you make possible many things, the time and passience with that limitations.

that years were the best in mugen comunnity maybe with the newest programs like fighter factory we win facility but lost that eufory for development a really good things

im still remember the days using mcm and z-charcad, even the tricks to properly rip from psx games

i mean the old school is the best of best and is impressive how you manage the life and the "hobby"

that is the reason for be a mugen fan it bring me old memories and remember me that im still a child no matter the bad things from outside

Neither I! I wish I could have 20% more free time to work with mugen! Its so many things that I want to do, but I can't. I've planned to update Elecman this weekend, but I couldn't, my daughter is sick.

I am 30 years old and I will be 31 on September 30th, "LIBRAS FTMFW!"
Single and have my own place and car. I am basically independent.

Like many I enjoy creating and experimenting with various things with mugen rather than play it.
Just the thought of making my ideas come true through this application is enough for me.

Like many said earlier, this is more of an escape from reality if I just want to get away.

The best part about this entire thing is the people I meet, connect with and become friends with.
Its like age is just a number and has no meaning here.

The only thing that keeps me away from mugen is my job and sometimes I need a break from it, so I would hook up with one of my girlfriends and hang out with them for the night or invite them over for company.

I LOVE THE SINGLE LIFE!

No matter how old I am, I'll forever be a gamer!
