Fighter Factory hyper move help.

im trying to make a hyper move that is similar to bison dark move where he disappears and comes back with his psycho  thingy and just covers the whole screen with it

is there a code to put that it? i have the sprites to make the move but dont know how to put that certain hyper in =/ also how do i add a hyper portrait when i do a hype move?

btw this is for my ultra megaman x character im making.
