This is exactly the reason he will not have the giant frog special in this way. Megaman has the controlable Rush and Beat hypers, Cutman has a controlable giant scissor, Metalman has controlable Mecha Dragon.

To meke the things different, the Giant Frog will not be controlable, but will be involved in a hyper in another way.
