That's the problem ichigo has been killed like 13 times with a plot twist always

bringing him back from the dead, Just like in Dbz.

true, Ichigo has been killed many times and come back to life whether it be through
zangetsu(old man) or his inner hollow (who also calls himself zangetsu)
speaking of which what is the deal with that and Ichigo's dad using the
getsuga tensho. There has to be some kind of connection with him and Old man zangetsu

Ending was kinda WTF,but i'm not that surprised at what happened with the Inner Hollow Ichigo and Tensa Zangetsu. That was already stated before
