yeah thats my point. its reverse everyones direction even Shinji so in Tōshirō eyes it looks like hes stabs Aizen in the back but his sense are reversed to so Aizen is really looking at him. . . . . . . . . so everyone is shocked because of that.

i don't think anything really happened. they made a big deal out of him being a genius that knew everyone's moves and has them under his illusion. it doesn't make sense for him to get injured or killed so easily.
