Zipped Characters

When I put a zipped character into the EVE mugen, it crashes after the loading bar.  Can someone help me?

unpack it m8... for every version of mugen you should unpack the char.

You have to unzip the chars or you can download a file (forget what site) that can run zipped chars. It was in a site with a bunch of DBZ chars.

Unpack it and just copy the folder that results into your Mugen directory ( e.g. C:\Downloads\WinMugen\Chars\ )

... sometimes, they will unpack without a containing folder and just unzip loads of files to your location, all you do then is find the xxxx.def ( e.g. EvilRyu.def ) and create a folder with EXACTLY the same name as the .def (in this case the folder name would be EvilRyu ) then put all the files into the folder and put that in your Chars directory..

Then you have to go into your Mugen directory and find the folder "Data", open it up and find the Select.def file.

Open this up and find [Characters], there are normally instructions of where to put extra charachters in the list

e.g.

[Characters]

EvilRyu.def, random
