Nice new features Ex. I really like the navigation part for the pages in a thread. That is really useful for the deviants if we miss a request. so 2

Earlyer today i was playing Solitaire, and it was so big i had to scroll out on my browser to 40% view, and then after going though the stack of cards once, my computer shut down because my cpu overheated.

Then you must be using an old 286, or Your browser is an unoptimized jumbled up mess. Are You using and experimental or nightly build of your browser?

A web application would not max out a CPU no matter what. Only explanation other then above is that you had been attacked by a virus.

EDIT : IE explains it all. IE = Unoptimized, jumbled up mess.

Its a celleron d 356 processor

And its the latest version of IE, ive never had that kind of problem before.

Thats a dated processor but still that should not have happened. Its got more then enough power behind it to stand up to any web based application/game. Unless ofcourse you get into stuff like Quake live then it may struggle a tiny bit. But im not familiar with Quake live so I could be wrong.

Point being something else under the hood made that happen. Give me a PM and tell me exactly what you were doing at the time as well as number of programs running(to the best of your knowledge.) and other stuff like that. Also your full system specs, and try and find a program that will put your whole computer under load and give me the Temp output for it.

Thats if you need anymore help.

But do I virus/spyware scan first.

EDIT : Also Vista is horrible. I say that with confidence because of Windows 7. So maybe just maybe vista had something going wrong under the hood and it maxed out your resources.

Well, I'm glad that activity percentage bar is gone...wasn't needed and just cluttered up the avatar space. Everything else is great though

Scar just beat my high score in Space Invaders.

The new arcade is a great way to kill time, and the jump to page thing makes navigating huge threads like some in the Graphic Arts section much easier.

I must admit that this arcade section is a neat little diversion. By the way, I just beat G Lux's high score on Breakout.

That said, the forum had a syntax error this morning and couldn't work. Did anyone else experience that?
