CN sucks without Toonami. They should show all of the anime that was shown throughout Toonami to remember its greatness. They show like the same boring cartoones 5 times maybe more on CN. They should have more of a variety and possibly more rates if they showed more. It should have also had it's own show like when they showed the Trapped In Hyperspace.

Everyone is right, I liked it when it was on all week and they had some weird video game theme on the weekends. Good times! It started to suck when it kept only Naruto. It got rid of all of the anime everyone liked. EVEN BOBOBO! :DxDie  Farewell Toonami, I will miss it.

yea i remember da good old days of toonami when da host use to rate videogames lol and when yu yu hakusho came on every weekday and he-man and ruroni kenshin lol

Just more proof that the entertainment industry is shot to hell, believe me it will only get worse over time. Not that I watch TV, I hate it...it's nothing but brainwashing. No need for TV when there is computers and internet.

I miss Outlaw Star.

Outlaw Star was awesome !

Toonami pretty much sucked anyway , in my opinion . I never watched it because the dubbed voices were terrible most of the time . I would rather watch my anime subtitled . They also edited & cut everything . There was an episode of Outlaw Star with the hot springs that just skipped completely . They totally skipped a few DBZ episodes , also .

It was a good vesel to see what existed & then get the DVD's . That's about it .

I agree, you were pretty much watching butchered shows and not the way the creators intended, I stuck to getting the dvds so I could watch them in their original state ;) And yes Outlaw Star rocked! ;D

That's not the point though, some of us at the time (when we were like 8, 10, 12 ?) didn't know any better and watched whatever was on TV. Alot of us grew up watching these shows like Rurouni Kenshin DBZ and all those shows. It's kind of sad that a big part of our childhood is gone forever, It doesn't matter if shows were butchered we remember all the good times we had. :(

EDIT: Kinda sleepy, might not make sense what I wrote...but you know what I mean xD

Maybe so and I understand that, but I didn't grow up on anime or toonami..didn't get into it till later in my life so I was just seeing it from my own point of view.

However Cartoon Network had anime for over 10 years. Also technically Anime are cartoons, just Japanese cartoons.

True, but don't ever go calling anime cartoons or otaku will go into a apocalyptic frenzy ;*)) I guess, they do want to move away from anime though..not sure why since it is far more popular than western animation and much better as well....they are hurting themselves as well as the fans by doing this.
