Changing Screen Size

How do i change the screen size of the Capcom Fighting Evo. screenpack?

i dont want it to be full screen and i want it to be a pretty good size

press alt and enter when playing on full screen it should minimize

go into mugen.cfg in notepad....

you should see this text:
