Hey i was wondering what is the best way to play mame online

I thought this was the best site for it but when i install it all i get is a exe file and when i press it all it does is put files on to my desktopbut it doesnt intall, i put it in my documents and got a rom from romnation but no go. I guess all of my time with mugen has left my mame game something to be desired http://www.kaillera.com
Much help would be appreciated in terms of where to get a good mame for online and a good site for roms compatible

get the regular mame it's mame32k and it comes with kaillera client thingy so you can play online just file > network play go to anti3d.com and go to downloads it's at the bottom download both small file into the big one and for third stirke download mame32k plus plus but to me it's kind of confusing.
