FX editor for Sensei Ken WIP

Hi. u all know (i hope ;p) my SenseiKen WIP.
the only thing that stop us to release him is the effects part. WE NEED an FX editor to make his effects looks really great!!

PLEASE!!! anyone?? of course the editor will be at the ReadMe.
