Adding Intros

could anyone tell me how to add an intro to a scratch character, assuming i have the sprites needed for the intro.   or at least point me to a tut.

please, i know kfm is a helpful guide, but it is no longer helpful to tell me to look at kfm, i just need someone to help me get the general concept of how to implement said intro.

If so work off of kfm's intro.
