The Scarlet Spider

i have an idea to add to that spidersting...i think that you could do that a punch that gets the "enemy" to the air then scarlet-spidey make a webthrow to get near the "enemy" and then there do a combo of some punches and at last that kick that gets the "enemy" launch to the ground ^^ and maybe in the air he can throw some web-balls to him.

That seems a little too much for a spider sting .  Thats reaching super status.



Alright the move is done.  All that was needed was some minor changes.  His medium spider sting now kicks the opponent to the wall instead of knocking them to the ground.  I noticed that Sludge gave his spiderman 3 spider stings(weak, medium, strong), but they do no difference in damage.  I will change that.  The only difference is the height in which he knocks the opponent into the air, but that doesnt seem to affect anything.  Im going to change his strong spider sting now, to something else.

basically spidey tows the guy around, slammign them into walls.

Not bad so far.  But if its a  standing super, he seems to go underground.

Well the current spider sting is the launcher which is the first part of the sprites that filthy posted. But then, he uses his strong air punch to knock the opponent to the ground, but I like that kick idea to knock them to the wall.  Thx  Im going to try it out.  (Good thing I already have those sprites done  )

gotta make him differ from spidey.

scarlet looks sweet so far also that super was cool looking (can't wait till this spidey is playable)

I've had that super on my mind all day. I'll try to frankensprite it tomorrow and send it your way if you'd like. you'll ahve to turn the spiderman sprites into scarlet spider though unfortunately.

also, you could add this to the end of his crawler assault hyper instead of that kick that knocks the oppoenent across the screen.



if there isn't enough airtime for the opponent, you could have him shoot a ball of impact web vertically that makes a web that the oppoenent gets stuck in while spidey does the wall jump. I've got it all the sprited already if you're interested.

Awesome idea man, but it reminds me too much of another spider sting.  Also I scrapped that strong kick, for a new one, but  I'm gonna use it though.  Thx again. Also check your pm.

Hey guys, check out my lasher sprite in the graphics section, if you havent already.

well I wasn't thinking of that as a standalone move, so much as a finish for one of his hypers. spidey has that one hyper where he flies across the screen hitting the opponent, then ends it with a big kick that sends them flying, so I was thinking to add variety, you could replace that finishing kick with the above attack, so he would fly across the screen beating the crap out of a guy, then knock them in the air and bounce off the wall for one last big punch.

this is realyl rough, but basically spidey webs the guy, then yanks forward, propelling himself with a kick. I gotta edit the arms so it looks more like he's yanking the web and less like he's using magic genie powers to fly across the screen, but I wanted to see what you thought before I continued.
