awsome release acey ;D and dont let the comments discourage u some people can be very picky about stuff, any way great job. oh and im not tryin to say anything about anyone here but some people can be very picky sometimes i mean im no mugen creator (at least not yet) but sometimes people are way to picky.

You kinda have to be at times. How else is the creator able to iron out all the bugs he/she can if everyone just said "Great char. Kinda buggy, but great!"?

There is such a thing as too picky, but seeing problems isn't really at all picky. Unless accuracy was being achieved, but that's not the case here.
Punctuation and capitalization can make the difference between "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse," and, "I helped my uncle jack off a horse."

92% of people have moved onto rap. If you're part of the 8% who thinks rap isn't music, sucks to be you.

Most newer stuff sucks, though.

Congrats Acey.  I couldnt find any other bugs then what was already said.

Except for the fact that I think he has way too many clsn boxes.

Exactly. I can't stand seeing people who see a character that's never been made before, say "GREAT CHAR 5/5" without even taking it for a thorough test drive, and leave it at that. Hulk 2099 is good, but he's very buggy and should've been worked on for a few more days before being released.

As far as I am aware everyone here enjoys beta testing and I appreciate the constuctive critisism and the High Fives as well; In general I intend to work together with all of the forum to test characters now and on into the future. ;)

Feedback time (ain't gonna mention things mentioned already):

- His Hypers lack any invincebility startup

After facing him, I've found two more issues that need to be addressed.

1. The rebound charge is cheap. You can pretty much win the entire match by just doing that over and over again. It damages your opponent and sends you flying across the screen.

This doesn't seem to much of a problem to me... where you fighting A.I or 2p?

I was fighting AI. It's incredibly annoying.

I have to agree with that. He basically kept my Ken stunlocked from 100% to 0, and I couldn't find a way out of it.

I have to say, he's an interesting opponent to fight against. Looks great, but his sounds when he gets hurt is annoying. That's pretty much my only problem with it.

it looks really awesome man. But even though his time was short in the comics he will make an impact on the site
