Someone Needs 2 Make The characters Off of Jet Grind radio or Jet set radio future 2. And no not the gameboy Version wich was horrible ..But they can be 2d Jet grind radio Characters now that was a Hot butt Game Fair 2 say im juss givin an Idea for Characters i would love havin them in my roster

While I'm not for asking people to make characters... seriously, there's been weirder choices for Mugen characters.

I mean, there's a character that's a button on a keyboard... and buttons don't fight either.

I have to agree with Aura here.
If they would fight, it be more of a Duck King ripoff. And I can't imagine the whole Paint Spray system into MUGEN.
Sometimes, no matter how awesome of a character is, it should stay out of MUGEN (coughFF5Omegaand Shinryucough)
