unsupported format?

Okay, so I downloaded the Alpha Mega Shiryu by Lord Slayer and tried him on my winmugen. But when I played him he was completely invisible, so when I checked this character’s sprites all I got was red x that said unsupported format. How do I fix this?  :-w

Maybe you could try fighter factory's converting option in sprites?
