Character Select issues

Hi everyone!

I am having an issue with the character select screen. I recently downloaded two characters, Thanos v1.1B and Silver Surfer v1.0B and added them to the select.def file. However when I access the character select screen I find that the character select box for the characters in question is empty, while the picture of the character I downloaded is encompassing another character select box. When I hilight the empty box it registers as the silver surfer, and the box which has the surfer's picture ecnompassing it registers as the other character.  Exact same problem with the Thanos character.

Is there a way to fix this problem??

The select portraits are meant for the DC Vs Marvel full game. However there are portraits for regular mugen in the sff which you can open with Fighter Factory. They should have an alignment of 0,0 and be 25x25 pixels.

I am farily new to mugen myself, but I think I should be able to make the fixes. If not I'll message here again.
