Shrink the video file size

I'm trying to find out how I can shrink down the video file size. It's over 1GB and I didn't even think about making it into 5 parts. What can I do? This video features Gill and Neo Dark Chun-Li vs. Omega Goenitz and Enja and I'm not familiar with Windows Movie Maker. Can someone please help me fix this problem?

virtual dub Mod, can compress it with microsoft video 1 along with a variety of other forms of compression as well as segment the videos as you choose

Okay, since I've already have DivX installed, I'll try it.

Well, it's not working out. Maybe someone can check this file and see if you could be so kind in fixing it please.

Wasn't working out with me either. What I would do is go to the MUGEN Tutorials section, go to the 2nd or 3rd page, and look for FR33DOM's hi-quality youtube hack tut.. I did that and posted vids on blip.tv and they turned out amazing!
