No, it wasn't.
It had off velocities, pallets sucked (Well, actually they looked just as bad in MVC2. Bad palleting on Capcom's part, but color seperating wouldn't hurt), she had only one super, and her hyper portrait also had obvious ripping artifacts (The top and bottom had the Lifbars and Superbars STILL there).
Well, seeing how you also accept characters from Capcom/Marvel that haven't been done yet...
(Hope you make them MVC style)
Basiclly all Clover characters, at least the main ones, like Viewtiful Joe, Okami and Jene (God Hand).
Some more characters from the game Hayato was from wouldn't hurt.
We STILL need a CVS Dhalsim.

Correction on the not being black for Arachne(spider-woman). The old Arachne costume is blue and the new Arachne (Real name Julia) is black. If I remember right the old spider-woman lost her powers after House of M.

Dracul should reworked Beavis, i don't understand why Beavis been cancelled.

The one character I keep hoping for is an MvC Jack Krauser.

He's one of my favorite RE characters and he could be a bad-butt in mugen. He, Leon, or Wesker would go great with a new MvC game.

I also think Dante would be awesome just because he's a cool character. (Sadly, I've never played a Devil May Cry game.

Everytime I look through my pictures folder I see ciel and all the different version of megaman and roll. then I say those chars should definitely be in mugen.
