different than goku because he has
of start-up time compared to him.

Basic Controls

Vegeta is a 4-button character. however his controls are very different.
he has one punch and one kick button. a ki blast button. and a button
that can either cancel projectils or jump start combos. He uses his health
instead of power but dont worry damages and such are taken from the game,
also he can't block while in air
We will use the notation:
D - down
F - forward
U - up
B - back
x - button X (punch)
y - button Y (Ki blast cancel)
a - button A (kick)
b - button B (ki blast)
notes:
1. to counter, simply put in a normal attack command while blocking
2. he is a hi-res char. adjust him as such(he only looks correct in winmugen plus or hi-res mugen)
