Look up codes at the page of your video.

copy the link after <emded src=

like mine is:
http://www.livevideo.com/flvplayer/embed/E39A5FFCE5D34786868AD8DE1A51661F

use the flash tags:
Code: [Select]
[flash=200,200][/flash]enter the link:
Code: [Select]
[flash=200,200]http://www.livevideo.com/flvplayer/embed/E39A5FFCE5D34786868AD8DE1A51661F[/flash]
Then you should be good.

Example:
