yeah i was wondering i got this mugen and it doesnt have like when u press space it all ur energy and health goes up how do u set those like f3 for energy f1 to kill opponent, f2 to lower health, f4 to reset match, how do u set those?

You can't unless you edit winmugen.exe.

Open up your Mugen.cfg and look under "[Debug]" and write AllowDebugKeys = 1.
