What Video Game Systems you like the Most?
« on: March 31, 2008, 08:55:59 PM »
Subject says all.My favorite System is Snes since it's the first system I got into and I totally enjoyed it since it has all of my favorite video games like Super Mario,DKC,Zelda,Megaman,Streetfighter,Final Fantasy,Breath Of Fire,Chrono Trigger, and more franchises I can't think of right now.Sega Genesis would come in Second since I got that System RIGHT after I got Snes.So those are the two systems I grew up with.I was a big fan of Mario and Sonic and couldn't decide between the two.Not to mention I enjoy Shinobi,Streets of Rage,Vectorman,Tom and Jerry and lots more.and the rest of the systems I like are

PS1
PS2(Currently Own)
Dreamcast
N64
Gameboy Advance
Nintendo DS(Currently Own)

So what about you guys what systems you like? :-??

DC
PS2

Between those two systems, I have so many rare games and peripherals that I could make a lot of $$$ if I were to sell it lol.

1.Genesis
2.Snes
3.DC
4.ps3
4.wii
4.360
5.psp
6.DS

The reason why 4 is tied is because it constantly changes, so I decided I'm not going to choose any of them over eachother. As for Genesis... It was my first system.

Do your f**k*** research before posting. Sony never stole Square-Enix from Nintendo as your fanboy-butt says. Square moved to Sony on their own because Nintendo decided to continue using cartridges for their next-gen system, while Sony came out of the corner swinging with their new CD format. The CD format allowedfor much more content to be put into a game, and this caught Square's eye, which caused them to make the jump. That and Square and Nintendo's relationship was waning at the time.

And about how Sony "Rammed (LOL1STGRADEENGLISH) Sega out of Business (LOLCAPITALIZATION)", They didn't "ram (LOL)" Sega out of business. It was pretty much due to many consumers who have become distrustful of Sega's consoles. When the Dreamcast hit shelves, most people were happy. Later on, the PS2 was announced, which stole the spotlight from the DC. (but it didn't "ram (LOL)" them out of business just yet. Sega lost many third party developers because of the PS2, but it still continued to thrive until two companies stepped into the ring...As we all know, since Sony and Nintendo had a little feud because of the PS1 and N64, it was a shock to see them announce their next-gen system first. Afterwards, Nintendo announced the Gamecube which soon diverted media attention towards the next-gen feud between Sony and Nintendo. Well, what Sega didn't know (as well as everyone else) was that Microsoft would soon unveil their own system to contend with Sony and Nintendo. Well, this was a pretty big blow to the Dreamcast, as three new systems had entered its domain. (That's right, three. Not just Sony little fanboy) And since Sega is a relatively small company compared to the likes of Sony, Micro$oft, and Nintendo, it was obvious that they didn't have enough resources to fight back against "the big three." Thusly, Sega was not "Rammed (LOLWUT) out of Business (LOLCAPITALIZATION)" by Sony, since Microsoft and *gasp* NINTENDO are also to blame.

Consider yourself reported Asian Jesus.Anyway I already knew that Square no longer wanted to work with Nintendo since Nintendo wanted to Stick to Cartrigde Format rather than CD.Since Square had a tough time putting FFVII into a Cartridge what with the Cinamatics and all.And yeah I know DC got beaten by PS2 since it can play DVDs and it had games like FFX.So if you want to argue DON'T Bring any of that swearing in here.

Jesus you're stubborn. And immature. I'm done here.

*EDIT* After re-reading your post, I can see that you didn't even read what I had to say. I said the Micro$oft and Nintendo also had a hand in the DC's downfall, yet you keep saying it was Sony's fault. READ ALREADY. Also, Square never had a tough time putting FF7 onto a cart since THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED TO. Also, reporting me for one word is just a d*** move. Seriously.
