[Help] with Winmugen plus

Hello i downloaded the Hi-res screenpack  Shenku(Setia) - th 7.5 by Kim_qwe and for some reason the select.def is really weird it only has one character showing in the box and the portraits are 3/4 off the screen. Can anyone help me with my problem i will provide a screenshot if needed.

EDIT: nvm F.R.3.3.D.O.M helped me
