Urahara and Aizen weren't noobs then . Aizen already suspects that Urahara is putting up a act, so he has incredible insight. They are already powerful, especially Urahara since he is a Captain. Aizen IMO is gonna be the cause of how Urahara leaves along with the Vizards leaving.
