i kept on getting this error

sometimes when i play mugen this just pops up and then my mugen is closed.

it says Assert Failure in charsel.c line 3162

please help!!!

one of your char has this error, find out which char and upload it.

you have 2 options:

you need to check all of ur characters .def files for this line:

pal.defaults = 1,2,3,4,5,6

if they don't have it just add it like this example:

[Info]
displayname ="char"
versiondate =04,14,2002
mugenversion =04,14,2002
pal.defaults =1,2,3,4

OR



Go into your Mugen.cfg and look look for this:

AI.RandomColor = 0

change the 0 to a 1

I love ya'll i was just going to ask that same thing funny thing is that i asked some one how to run mugen with little mess ups and he told me that i should put all of my chars pal defaluts to 1 but some of my chars have none but i guess i should fix all of them the way you mentioned
