Mugen All Grand Tournament 2 on 2 (one slot left before the roster is filled)

ok, my last tournament was a bit of a flunk soo i did some researching, studied up and now i got this tournament. this time WITH RULES!

1: no cheap chars like god, shin, evil, etc and bosses (sorry i forgot to point that part out)
2: if your gonna enter, team name, chars, and where i can find the chars
3: no chars that spam (tiger uppercut, mk uppercut, etc)
4: if you think a char is cheap, send to me and ill try out for myself
5: entering a char that looks normal but is highly overpowered, ill ask you to change or ill lower power myself
6: no joke chars either (rare akuma and that category)

the tournament slot shall consist of 28 slots and the tournament shall start in 3 weeks (and if this thing is not a go, im canceling it) soo with that, enjoy
