One day there could be a linux os for the Wii that will be able to play linuxmugen, until then, we'll just have to wait.

Mugen would make a great downloadable game that could allow content download one by one like Rock Band does, that would be awesome!
Most characters are made for WinMUGEN.. so.. idk how much good that'll do unless there's some sort of conversion type of program...

Unfortunately Acey, MUGEN is still unofficial so that download thing won't happen unless the console is hacked.... I wonder if MUGEN will ever be official... and have like MUGEN 2.0 console releases... but I mean... it's just fine on the computer.... The 360, Wii, PS3, and the other consoles have so much more limits than the PC, which is why people haven't made much console MUGEN conversions...

I just ment wouldn't it be cool if a company made their own game engine that people could buy the game then download content for it.

I just got a new job, and I've been coming here once in a while.. but not as often as before.. I guess because I'm confused because I'm starting this new job that I'm even more confused here... :DxDie I have to get situated with my new job and less free time is kind of killing me... >:D

I doubt that it would ever be a product...
but what you just said is fully possible. I mean by fans, not a company. If you have a hacked wii and got mugen working on it, they can host creations over the homebrew channel and you could download them that way.
