In general.. I don't think it will affect MUGEN much, though.. except for the mp3's for the stages and screenpacks... but.. first, there's no proof of the ACTA's existence... second, no mention of it being passed.. I googled for almost a half hour.. found nothing...

never really payed attention to this stuff. i always see it as the internet being tooo big for guys who want to stop music downloading to get control over. and just about everyone who has internet uses it to download music/movies through websites or torrents so i think they have along way to go
