Whos The best DC MUGEN character, not associated with a forum project, or game?

i'd have to say robin cause he makes use of his team titan partners, and it just feels like robin when you play him. Beastboy needs of work though, and he needs a new voice pack, cause the one he has now is REALLY bad

Yes Johnny DC edited him. Generally Johnny doesnt get listed at most forums because he used the old Captain Marvel cylclops edit as a base code, and eletists call him a thief. Since then Johnny has gone in and completely re-edited most of the code, and his sprites keep getting better, and better. I know he never meant any harm, like most of us when were new, were naive to all the so-called rules in Mugen.

You should pop over to our forum, Johnny always updates our site with his edits. Were just a hair more liberal than Infinity, but a lot smaller. Youll find a few cool offline creations, and some rare stuff like Static Shock, Erradicators Superboy, and Heartburn kids Batman, Peace Maker ect. Legal stuff, but somewhat rare.
