Gamestop...

Every time I buy an "M" rated game from Gamestop, I use my school I.D, and they accept it. However, this one special Gamestop states that I must have state I.D. WTF?! Why does this one have to be so special? Has anyone else had the same problem?

BTW, hey, everybody, I haven't been on here in ages, for I've been busy, but it's good to be back.

Actually, *you* have it backwards. The special Gamestop is the one that accepts your school ID.

LMAO, I hate it when they do that too. I tried to get a game once and they said I don't look 18. They didn't really have a choice, I presented I.D.

Well u shouldnt be mad cause that game stop fallowed the law. Ur school id is not a registered idenafacation  tool issued my the state/ government. Places are not sapposed to accept them unless its a student oriented cause.

Hey sometime i use my College id even though its not legal/ legit id card.

I used to work part time as an assistant manager at a Gamestop . I did it so I could take home new games before release . Anyway , I had to quit because I was sick of screwing people over . I've been a manager at other video game corporations .

But Gamestop is the lowest , sheistiest , vilest company I ever worked for . BTW if I still worked for them & they seen this . They would find out who I was & fire me on the spot . Because employee handbook states that it is against Gamestop policy for an employee to bad mouth them on myspace , youtybe or any internet forum .

Everything they do is one scam after another . NEVER reserve games at Gamestop , because that is all a scam too .

M-Rated games are for 17+
AO games are for 18+

Yeah, that usually happens to your average guy when they come across some of those "By the book guys"(The guys that work almost perfect at their jobs and go strictly by what the books say, but then also sometimes over do there job and authority and manages to piss customers off and make them not want to come back and do business) Thats my short definition of  the "By the book guys" ha ha haa     , so in the case with the school I.D. Yeah, sorry dude but thas just how gay they can be at times....I mean they were doin there job.. so there isn't much you can do...

I know how it is DT I had to deal with them a lot and I got scammed quite with those guys. I stopped dealing with them and thank god for that, now I just get my games online..order what I need and I'm good
