looks to be a stage, an edit off of one of the stages from MvC series with Jedah in the background.

There was a topic yesterday about this stage. He was trying to get Charlie's plane in it but the colors wouldn't come out right, so he declared it open source. That topic seems to be gone now.

protip: including spaces in the names of stages and tracks is yet another thing that somehow causes mugen problems, better to use_underscores_

Also, Jedah on the blackbird just seems odd to me.
