I say this only as a DC fan, but I think you should consider putting a cleft in the front of the boots. Not trying to be too pickey because I hate it when people are like that. But I think the boots look too much like Cap, and I dont remember Olly ever wearing boots like that, the longbow hunter costume kinda had a folded over boot, but it had a cleft in the front.

i know u are right....
but green arrow dont have a default costume like, superman, batman or wonderwoman...
he already used a lot of costumes....


i dont want be a great mugen creator, so ill follow the easy way.... i just want this guy in my roster and im tired to wait someone else make him....
