Since The Day I Knew Mugen Existed, I'd Always Wanted Supergirl.

Too Many People Has Tried To Get Her Mugenized For Some Years, But She's Not ever Come To Life Yet.

These Are Some Diferent Sprites Of Her That I'd Found Arond.
Some Of These Were Meant To Be Wips (About 2 or 3 Years Ago), Some Were Just Edits, And There's a Few That Someone Has Been Working On For The Time Being.

I left the second base because I can not use the "Wonderwoman" as the basis, I am currently working with the third base, will be doing the sprints for the intro soon.

You are Right Number 3 Is A Current Wip From Scruffy.
Her Bases are Sakura and Karin from Streer Fighter.

Number 5 is a Current Wip From Mugen Guild.

wow!!!

#5 this the best superheroine character sprite i have ever seen!!! i love how she isnt based on any other superhero char (or at least not the easliy recognizable ones like psylockle rouge or storm) and she doesnt have gigantic legs, its really unique and i really hope they finish it!!

As stated before, Favorite Fiction Blog had a poll to find out characters the readers wish were MUGENized. To see those results: http://mmcelhaney-fiction.blogspot.com/2009/02/polls-results-which-characters-would.html

This presented the opportunity to look into the characters that were voted on by readers to be more anticipated and write WIP focus articles about them. Supergirl was the winner on the DC side, so her being discussed was a given. But there are two. This article discusses the Comics style version being made by Shidokk and Kojunho at Scruffy Dragons Forum.

We discussed many things that will tell you more about her progress and what is in store for the future.

Um, this article was about Supergirl not a poll that happened a month ago. If you did not like the poll results, you should have commented about them then in the topic thread dedicated to it. Besides, I'm willing to bet you did not vote in it. And you know what they say when you don't vote, you cannot complain about the results.

Those two are doing good work and Shidokk was very gracious in sharing his time to answer questions that people interested in Supergirl would like to hear.

I think Tonis is the most likely to get made. I havent heard anything from Dwe in a while so I'm not sure what's going on with him. Even though some edits are better drawn theres something about the way he draws females I like. I was hoping to get one of his works on screen, but he must be taking some time away.

dwe/esn always seems to disappear online for the summer months . He did the same thing last year .

Now who is this Toni person ? What forum does this individual belong to ? If does not want to finish that WIP , I would gladly take her over since I love the look he went with .

yo solo espero que para el proximo año o fines de este 2009 aya un par de versiones veta supergirl agradeciendo de antemano a los codificadores y creadores de mugen gracias por acer esto posible...
en la familia de superman solo faltaria krypto que se trabajara en un super perro...

I just hope that by next year or late 2009 that a couple of versions aya Supergirl streak thanks in advance to the coders and thanks for mugen creators about this possible ...

There have been multiple versions of Supergirl over the years, so each of these WIPs could serve as a different version of Supergirl; #6 could be the Matrix Supergirl that existed during the Death and Return of Superman storyline, Toni's could be the Linda Danvers Supergirl, and either Shiddock's or dwe23's could be the Kara Zor-El Supergirl. #11 looks kind of...weird, with just the cape wrapped around her like a towel. Anyway, that's my opinion.
