i was thinking of maybe some clouds plus this

for three seconds the snow goes down then a small wind goes by blowing the snow to the left for 2 seconds then right for 3 seconds
repeat how bout that?

maybe i can just add clouds under the moon 

thats where i wantwd the clouds to be in my opinion
