Can you make a Captain Obvious palette out of Mugen History's Captain America?

Make sure to add the "O" on his forehead and the rest of the details. Of course, if I put him in a video I'll give credit.

P.S. The Fighter Factory file already has a black outfit of Captain America, but it doesn't have the details of Captain Obvious.

i can change the colors but i cant put the "o" on his forhead because im gonna have to edit all the sprites and i just am not gonna do that

Don't you have to edit all of the sprites to change pallette?

no you don´t...only the ACT file on the character...which is applied to the characters

Oh! Thank you! And it's great to here your uncle getting better. But when I said Evil Mario I ment Evil Mario from the "ending" of Mario. You'll see it in the Fighter Factory file. I ment, like, darken Mario's eyes red but this is good. Thanks again and God speed to your uncle.
